There is a Proctorial system in place at Mahatma Gandhi PG College, and the Proctorial Board is in charge of handling student-related concerns pertaining to all acts of indiscipline. The Proctorial Board of Mahatma Gandhi PG College is primarily focus on ensuring that the students adhere to the rules and regulations established by the College. The Proctor is in charge of the Proctorial Board. The Mahatma Gandhi PG College’s Proctorial Board is a powerful group with 10 members in the Core Committee and eleven members in the Extended Committee. The Proctorial Board dealt strictly with situations of student misconduct or indecent behavior, as well as cases of individual or group harassment, threats, and manhandling. Students are responsible for their behavior in front of the principal and are not allowed to engage in any actions that would violate college discipline or interfere with academics. For breaking any of the rules of conduct, students are subject to disciplinary action, which may include a warning, a fine, or a suspension from college.
