Physics is the most fundamental of sciences yet has multiple applications across a wide range of fields, our department offers personal individualized attention where you can pursue your interests. The Physics department has enthusiastic and academically experienced teaching and technical staff. The Department has six Doctorate holders and two Professor. Faculties are actively involved in the research activities. The physics lab is well furnished with latest equipment and all the necessary facilities. The objective of the department is to provide solid understanding of physical concepts assistance problem solving and development of goal-oriented temper and skill along with broad experimental knowledge that can ignite curiosity and interest in the study of physics. The Department hosts a wide Spectrum of activities at national / regional level for the benefit of the students and the society. The Inter/Intra departmental competitions like problem solving Physics quiz, essay writing, poster Designing and lectures and peer group lecture add momentum in the progress of the student.
