Cancellation / Refund Policy
- There is no cancellation option for the students / parents
- In case of duplicate payment, end user to approach accounts department for refund with proof of the transaction reference/ your bank statement.
- Refund will be processed with in 10-15 working days, respective payment gateway will send back to the issuing bank [user’s card banker] in batches for processing, which should approximately take 8-15 working days, depending on issuing banks policies
- IMPORTANT: By submitting a payment through the online-payments site you are agreeing to these terms and conditions. The institution may update these terms from time to time and any changes will be effective immediately on being set out here / WEBSITE.
- IMPORTANT: The application fee once paid is non-refundable even if the application is rejected for any reason.
- IMPORTANT: Application Fee once paid will not be given refund. A candidate should go through the detailed notification and ensure the eligibility before making payment
- IMPORTANT: When a candidate makes a double payment by mistake, refund can only be considered only on bringing it to the notice of College by mail within 10 days of making such payment. Any kind of request beyond the 10 days period will not be entertained. The request for refund if found, will be entertained only offline and NO online refund will be done.
- IMPORTANT: During the process of making payment by the candidate, by any chance the amount is deducted from the candidate and the same has not reached college account is automatically refunded by the payment gateway provider on bringing the issue to the notice of payment gateway service provider
- IMPORTANT: The transaction once done cannot be cancelled.
